Hola!

Got up this morning at 9am and had my breakfast in the hotel by half past! I was starving. We met up with the rest of the group from the Galapagos trip and headed for Mital De Mitad (I cannot spell spanish!). We took a taxi to the bus staion and then a local bus to the centre of the earth. It was interesting walking around around and learning the Inca history. Then we done some experiments across the equator. I managed to sit a raw egg on a nail and we watched the water turn different ways. It was good fun.

We caught a bus back into a change over point - we got lost and ended up in a taxi to the hotel. Doing this was easier and safer than hanging around the bus station!!!!!

We have spent about 4 hours in the hotel and have waved off many members of our group who were either off home or travelling onward to different places. Its sad in a way to see them go even though we have only known each other a week!!!! We wave off 2 more people tomorrow!  

Tomorrow is a busy day for us. We need to sort out what we are doing for the rest of the trip. We need to book lots of accommodation and all sorts of stuff!

Tonight we walked to a town square which was very modern. We had crepes for tea. I had cheese and mushroom. For afters I had crepe with orange sauce - it had lots of contraeu and other liquors in it. I think we will be going back there!!!!!
