We had breakfast at 10am at the 'Shakers' restaurant again. We both had chicken fried rice (80 THB each) and was very tasty. After breakfast we got on the scooter to get to Laem Sing beach which is a nice small secluded beach. We did some snorkelling and saw a school of Angel fish.
On our way to Kamala beach we came across another beach called Hua beach, where we saw some small whiite crabs running along the beach. When we got to Kamala beach we had a quick look round, admired the view and got some fresh fruits to eat. Our journey to and from the beaches involved riding on steep, windy mountainous roads.
On the way back to our resort the traffic was busy, Jay zipped in and out of the traffic. Once we had got back, we lazed around our pool.
In the late afternoon we went to the north end of Patong beach to watch the sunset with some snacks.
In the evening we went to 'Sala spa' as recommended by Trip Advisor to have an authentic Thai massage, which cost 350 THB each for one hour. Upon arrival they welcomed us with lemongrass green tea and exfoliated our feet. The massage itself was quite intense which involved hard pressing movements onto pretty much most of your body muscles. We felt so relaxed after the massage.
We had dinner at the '99 restaurant', Jay had a massaman chicken curry and Helen had a red chicken curry. They were the best Thai curry we have had in Thailand so far.
After dinner we walked to Bangla Road and came across a stand promoting Tiger beer. We paid 150 THB (approximately £3) for a bottle of Tiger beer, a T shirt and to get our photo taken.
In the evening we went to a 7 eleven store to get some snacks for our trip to the Similian Island tomorrow.
