SCHEDULE:

Día 1: Córdoba. Departure at 23p.m. from Velez Sarsfield and Hipólito Yrigoyen corner going to Mendoza city. There will be technical stops in Rio Cuarto and San Luis.

Día 2: Mendoza. Arrival to Mendoza during morning. During the morning we will make a winnery tour. Accommodation and lunch. During the afternoon, Mendoza city tour, visiting the "Ciudad Vieja" (Old City), San Martín Park, the famous Regata Club, "Cerro de la Gloria" ("Glory Peak") and finally downtown. Dinner.

Día 3: Mendoza. Full day excursion to the Andes circuit. We will go through Chacras de Coria, Mirador del Cordón de Plata (sightseeing), Potrerillos (an extensive and beautiful valley with peaks made of different minerals which anticipates the beauty of the Andes) and Uspallata. We will continue through the battlegrounds of the Independence War, Picheuta and Polvaredas, visiting Los Penitentes Ski Center. Then we will visit Puente del Inca where we will stop for lunch and walking around the old thermal center ruins. After lunch we will go to Las Cuevas town, enjoying the amizing view of Aconcagua Mountain. We go back to Mendoza. Dinner.

Día 4: Mendoza-Villa Unión. Depart to Villa Uniónafter breakfast. Lunch not included. Visit to the sanctuary of Difunta Correa. Arrival to Villa Unión befote night. Accommodation and dinner.

Día 5: Talampaya - Cafayate. After brakfast visit to the town of Villa Unión. Then departo to the Talampaya National Park arriving at midday for lunch. During afternoon we will make an excursion on specially equipped pickups according to the characteristics of the area. We will go through the dry bed of Talampaya river, making stops in different interesting places such as "La Garganta" ("The Gorge") and "El Paredón" (The Wall), which show us the erosion provocated by the old river, the wind and the temperatures. Dinner inside the park. Then we continue the trip to Cafayate. Night on board.

Día 6: Tucumán - Cafayate. Technical stop during nigth in Catamarca. At sunset we start going through the Tucuman Forest in a sinuous path and we will arrive to Tafi del Valle where we will have breakfast. The tour goes one with destiny to Cafayate, visiting the “Abra del Infivernillo” and the Calchaquíes Valley. Visit to the “Ruinas de Quilmes”, where we will be able to see the spectacular fortin built with stones by the local Indians. Arrival to Cafayate and lucnh. Accommodation. Free afternoon to walk arround this pintorestic city and the handycraft stores. Dinner.

Día 7: Cafayate - Salta. During the morning we will visit a local Winery. Lunch. Departure to Salta in the afternoon, through “Quebrada de las Conchas”, making some stops in different sightseeing places such as “Devil Throat”, “The Frog”, “The Amphitheatre”. Arrival in Salta by the evening. Accommodation and dinner.

Día 8: Salta. Free morning. Lunch. City tour through Salta downtown visiting the Cabildo (old City Hall), San Francisco church, Cathedral, Güemes Monument. Dinner.

Día 9: Salta. Departure at 7a.m. to the Humahuaca Gorge, a fascinating place where a big river runs among multicoloured peaks. We will also be able to see aboriginal pucaras and the ancient paintings which show the period of the battles between local Indians and the Incas. We will make a technical stop in Tilcara and Purmamarca town, where we will be able to look at the wonderful "Cerro de los Siete Colores" (Seven Colours Peak). We will keep going through the gorge until we arrive to Humauaca village, where we will make a pedestrian tour and we will have lunch. We will arrive in Salta by the afternoon. Dinner.

Día 10: Salta - Puerto Iguazú. Free morning. After lunch, departure to Puerto Iguazu making technical stops at Joaquín V. González and Posadas. Night on board.

Día 11: Puerto Iguazú. During morning visit to the “Minas de Wanda”. It is an important open air mining where the extraction techniques are shown and there is also the chance of buying precious stones at a very low price. Arrival to Puerto Iguazú at midday. Lunch. Accommodation and free afternoon to walk arround the city or take an optional excursión like a navegation in the Parana river.

Día 12: Puerto Iguazú. Full day excursion to the Iguazu Falls by the Argentine side, where we will be able to appreciate in a more intensely way since the view points and strolls are situated few meters away from the falls. Around 6 p.m. we will visit Puerto Iguazu city and then we will visit the place where the borders meet (a place where the Iguazu River divides and the shores of Brazil and Paraguay can be seen). We will also be able to do some shopping on the artisan market of the city. Dinner.

Día 13: Puerto Iguazú Free morning. We will have lunch and then we will make an excursion to the Iguazu Falls in the Brazilian side (optional). We will see the imponent sight with a panoramic view of most of the falls from the comfortable paths and sightseeing places situated in front of the different waterfalls. We will be able to walk around the park which is situated in the heavy jungle. Return to the hotel at dawn. Dinner.

Día 14: Puerto Iguazú - Córdoba. Departure after brakfast to San Ignacio. Arrival and lunch. Then we will visit the San Ignacio ruins, one of the most important Jesuit settlements in Argentina. There are chapels, houses, workshops, a school and a graveyard in a very good state of conservation which remind the labours of the aborigines under this famous religious order. Dinner (not included). Nigth on board.

Día 15: Córdoba. Arrival to Cordoba during the morning. End of our services.
