We arrived from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh after about a 6 hour journey although it didn't take long at all to get to the actual border! After we crossed the border it was nearly like we were in vegas (a little maybe) with massive hotels and casinos attached in the middle of nowhere- very bizarre! We found a nice guesthouse called Relax guesthouse and went to the main part of the city which is by the riverside. We were actually really surprised and thought cambodia would not be so built up at all and it wasn't that far off from Ho Chi Minh!

We decided to get the bus to siem reap after 2 nights as the clock is ticking to make our way down. 2nd day in Phnom Penh we did the Killing Fields, again really interesting and just awful the things that happened but glad we went at the same time. Next stop Siem Reap and lots of temples!
