So it's mine and laura's last week in Sydney so as it coincided we (well I) decided that the Australia England odi was a day out I wanted to be a part of!!!
So a day nighter ( supposed to make it cooler) was the hottest I have ever been EVER!!! But all suncreamed up we braved the blazing heat-well off and on in shifts anyway! Sweaty wasn't even the word but England batted first and the banter was going well so it looked like it would be a good day!!
And it was ! It cooled down a little from 6 and then when the sun set we could just about breathe again! Australia started the game in the best possible form and got the early runs in which meant that the 334 needed was quickly seeming achievable! Banter got a bit s***ter with some Aussie a****** confusing banter with simple abuse on poor baby woakes!
Some normally welcome KP banter was even pissing me off from this bloke till the police came and escorted him out to applause from the crowd!
So aus won ...just! But what an exciting game to get Laura started I don't think she's hooked but definitely an enjoyable day had by us all!!

Blue mountains booked for friday and then we will see what effect this bloody Yasi has on our east coast adventure... I'm not scared been there done that got the certificate!
