Like a band of gypsies we go down the highway
I arrived in Panama City last night, met up with Hoop for Pres, or Stuart if you are unfamiliar with this term, at the airport, and drove back to his apartment in the center of the nightlife district of Panama City. Huge balcony, maids quarters, view of palm trees, the ocean and clubs. Drove out to a smaller island to have a view of the canal and the city from a small bar on the water. Today walked along the water, explored the older French District, went to the park, toured the national theater and some art museum. Everything is really beautiful and the hot humid weather is a nice change from the sweater weather of Argentina and Peru. Tonight Stuart has to work, but seeing as he is working at the largest casino in Central America, I'm tagging along to meet all his dancer friends and see his show at midnight. Going out to dinner first at a Spanish style restaurant down the street for one of his friend's birthdays. Going out to the country probably this weekend to stay at his hotel on the beach. Not sure what days, but I'll try and keep you updated. Must go. love.
