The bike is now fully packed, and I leave tomorrow morning early. As you can see from the picture, I have two packs strapped to the back seat - those contain my camping gear and other essentials for when each day is done. The saddlebags contain my clothes on one side and all necessities for the bike on the other side. The top box contains bags for my electronics, a small backpack for my photography gear and other essentials that I'll need when we stop along the way. There's also room in the box for water, snacks and other things that I'll need handy when we take breaks. The tank bag has a power strip that contains two outlets for car chargers, and two USB chargers. I've also run a line to the top box from the tank bag, and there is a 120 V AC inverter in the top box that I can use to charge things that need a regular wall outlet (thank you Andrew Querner!) all that's left to pack is my toiletries bag and other necessities that I need to use today and can't pack until tomorrow morning. With new tires on the bike, fresh oil in it, and everything packed, all I have left is anticipation until tomorrow morning!
