well its about time i started writing something up on this blog site just so everyone that is resding knows i am still alive and well. Been in Australia now for 16 days and loved almost every single one of them.
The first stop was Coogee, which was where i met the ozintro lot, what an absolute bunch of nutters they all are by the way but in a good way of course. It was good to finally meet everyone that i had been speaking to on facebook for so many weeks and to see what they were actually like. Everyone was awesome which has helped to making life in australia so freaking amazing. What can i say about coogee that would actually make it sound as good as it is. The hostel is 30 seconds from the beach, the beach is absolutely brilliant fairly quiet during the week and then packed at the weekend with loads of things going on it really is "the nuts". Doing the first week with ozintro9 was a good little action packed introduction to everything, just of the boat quick check in a t reception and then straight of down to sydney harbour having a good walk from mrs macquaries seat, round the botanicasl gardens to feed the paraqueets or what ever thy were and then round by the iconic Sydeny Opera house, which when up close looks really dirty but thats because it is not allowed to be total white for safety. Then its jet boating time, if anyone reading this every gets the opportunity to go jet boating i would strongly reccommend that you do it, so much fun and yes a guarentee to getting very very wet when sitting at the back. So much other things done this week such as, sydney aquarium = superb, surfing = legendary and the nights out with the group were just epic train wrecks from start to finish but still amazing at the same time. A special mention has to go to the Blue Mountains they were absoliutely breathtaking. Standing on some of the view points looking out over the vast landscape with the blue haze coming up from the trees was just stunning, no words or pictures will ever be able to match u to actually being there and being in amongst the trees and the wildlife, i could quite easily of walked around the national park for days on end and never get bored of it, just amazing is about the only way to describe it i think.
OZparty bus, oh my god what can you say about this health and safety breaking experience. 85 - 100 people crammed into a single decker bus that is fitted out with a full on sound system and has its own dj, well it is brillint, the only rule that was enforced was you were not allowed to sit down at any point you had to be up dancing the whole way bouncing the bus down the road, I WANT TO DO IT AGAIN!!!!! finally it has come to the end of ozintro week with an awesome all you can eat buffet at sydney tower where you got to eat things like crocodile, kanagroo, emu and squid not necessarily things i would ever eat again but still its good to say that i tried them and that it was an experience if nothing else.

Fiona I loved the Blue mountains too. And Sydney Harbour - sitting on the grass below The Rocks watching the boats and eating fruit salad - wonderful! Glad you are having a great time. Keep writing - it's bringing back all my adventures!
