After our drunks n night out we needed food and quick the following morning n were happy to find an English pub nearby that did a full English brekky. We stayed in majority of day hungover bt managed to go to the massive Tesco late afternoon. The selection is unbelievable n can have meat cooked on the spot how u want it, amazing!
We found a small restaurant near our home for nxt month, yes we're renting somewhere for a month (there's a video) Anyway it's popular with the locals n food was proper authentic. We never ate food so spicy, EVER, n we both love hot food!! Yesterday we ventured out n found a lil shack on beachfront at Lamai (video) a steal at £7 so stayed there. Laurah must of eaten something dodgy tho as she spent majority of night in bathroom

Liz Morton Sounds like you're settling in well guys! Good on you. Is the rasta bar called Rock bar? Try the shroom shakes if you dare ;) only with people who have already tried them before though! Go to Koh Phangan for one of the parties, you'll meet loads of other young people and end up recruiting people to join you for trips or to travel with for a few days. Chill bar on Lamai beach is cool, spent ages there the kids are beautiful and the parents just leave them playing with you all day. One bit of advice, stop spending all your money on fast food ha ha that was a once a month luxury for us by the end. There's a night market on Lamai with amaaaazing fresh cooked Thai food, the BBQ is brilliant, also 2 nights a week the locals put on a Thai boxing thing which is deffo worth a watch. Take care and keep up with the blogs. Keep enjoying xxxxx Liz M
