Woke to the gentle sound of rain on the roof, church bells - not a nice peal but a monotonous boing boing . . . . - and the beeping sound of another fuse blown. Oh well at least we got hot water this morn.

None last night, other than kettle as strong wind was blowing straight into gas inlet and putting boiler out. Hey ho such is the life of us idle itinerants. Not sure wot today brings now the weather has closed in. No doubt management will inform me !
