We dismantled the tent and headed south along the coast until we reached a town called 'Innisfail'. We stopped off and wondered around town topping up on supplies and getting a couple of storage boxes for the car. We also found a few music cd's for a dollar each in a charity shop so got some, 'Kelly Clarkson', 'Bon Jovi', 'NSYNC' and 'B Witched' to go with 'Meat Loaf' and 'Celine Dion', so were getting quite a selection now. We then got back on the road and headed further south to a place called Paronella Park. This was a castle built in the rainforest by a farmer who made his fortune by buying farms doing them up and selling them. He then bought the land and build Paronella Park by himself and created a hydroelectric generator using a waterfall by the caste. It was a lovely park which we got a tour around and got to feed fish and terrapins. After a wonder around we went to the onsite campsite and pitched up and got ourselves sorted and had dinner.
After dinner we headed back to the Park entrance ready for a night tour. The night tour was amazing and we saw loads of terrapins being fed by the lake along with some kind of water rat. We also got to see the waterfall and castle lit up at night-time which was magical. We then walked back to the campsite and settled down for the night.
