Just a quick update to tell you we've been in Vietnam 36 hours, missed the typhoon, and hoping to head off to Halong Bay for 3 days today with friends from uk, Caroline and Jamie.

Hanoi is crazy and we have lots of tales but not the time, will update when we get back and get time.

So don't worry we're fine!!!

We are back in Hanoi after an amazing 3 days in Halong Bay (see photos) seems we have been very lucky with the weather....?

We are managing to escape the crazy Hanoi this evening though as we have booked our open bus tickets which will take us south Vietnam stopping where ever we wish. We are due to be picked up in the next half an hour and will stay on the bus till we reach Hoi An at approx 1.30pm tomorrow so a nice 16hours on a bus to look forward to!!

Sorry we are falling behind with the blog a little but we promise to update as soon as we get time and a decent internet connection.
