So yes, as mentioned, Llangollen is a very nice place - small but action packed. Independent shops thrive and lots of very decent boozers and places to dribble gravy. Our first foray into Sin City took us across the bridge over the Dee and into the aptly named Bridge End Hotel - the weather was dry so a lot of people were sat outside on the benches.
