Pub Street:
This is the place to go out. I found myself at the Cambodian Soup restaurant. Although I didn't eat the beer was 50c which did me nicely! To eat I went to Temple and had fresh spring rolls and Cambodian soup with fish. Both were unappetising! The spring rolls were like veg and mince pork wrapped in an edible condom - chewy and rubbery and the fish was bony and horrible. Not one to have again!
Massage:
At the far end of pub street there were about 3 massage stalls offering a variety of massages, foot scrubs and mani/pedicures. I had a 15 min foot massage for a dollar. Very pleasant! I never go to the first stall so went to the girls in line green. Good strong message to help aching feet after a day walking the temples.
Tuk tuk in town:
Although it was not far from my guesthouse to pub street (about 10/15min walk) I didn't fancy it in the dark. He wanted $2 but I got it for $1.50. Again a better haggler could do much better!
