Late start to the day - 0745. Two hour bike ride through the beautiful Richmond River valley to the town of Wiangaree and return. Who should I run into at Wiangaree but more Tasmanian travellers!!
Quiet afternoon. No fishing today as I failed to keep my worms shaded and they cooked. I genuinely feel very bad about that. I would rather I released them alive in the caretakers veggie garden. Two other motorhomes arrived this afternoon.
Today's photo is my attempt for the jigsaw puzzle of the year with as close as I could get to perfect mirror image reflections. Taken at last nights fishing spot on the river.
Breaking news. Started preliminary packing up ready for early start tomorrow - bike rack on and bike loaded etc. Started pulling out tent pegs which hold down the shademesh groundsheet outside our door. Pulled the last peg and up with it came a gieser of water a foot high.
Alerted Dennis (caretaker) who turned off the mains. I then did the rounds of the other campers to fess up that I was responsible and that the supply would be restored tomorrow. Farewell lovely Kyogle.

Wayne You don't do things by halves do you??!! Trying to tap into the local resources were you? What's in the pipeline for the rest of the trip? I know spring has sprung and the flowers have riz but there's no need to wonder where the water izz !!!!:):) The squatters seemed to be almost fully ensconced in the house now and Frankie is on duty. It has been interesting to see that the NHs are not as obvious as they have been. A few less dollops to tread will be welcomed!! More rain and cold weather forecast for the next few days. Looks like the sun is still shinning where you are?
