GaylenJim Exploring
Dawn walk to the headland - no whales. Gayle off to Tweed Heads with Pam and Lance and Gray and Joan to see Irish crooner John McNally.
I walked to Norries Head (today's photo) and watched the surfers for an hour.
Fossiked until lunch time (ante-pasto and prawns). Short siesta, then to the bridge to go fishing. No luck but took counsel from the locals who were forthcoming with their advice on how to catch ******s" or Blackfish. More correctly known as Luderick. Will give them a go tomorrow.
Gayle home 1600. Twilight walk to the headland.

Wayne I am a bit concerned about all the "stress" you seem to be under. All that walking, drinking, eating, fossicking and general relaxing must really be getting to you:):):) !!! More rain forecast for tomorrow and looks like a cold wet weekend as well. But mind you they did forecast the same for last weekend and got it wrong. Still some more rain just to top things up for the Spring flush would be good. Must get the mowers ready for Gene!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Poss How much longer are you at Hastings for? Lovely weather we have been having eh? 24 on the coast here today. Kids have their fair on Saturday, Et is playing in the band. Say hello to all from us.
gaylenjim Poss Leave Sat morning. Back to no destination mode but heading towards Kyogle and maybe back towards the coast later. Farewell dinner with family this evening. They will be at GC tomorrow evening we will have a final night at Cabarita Club.
gaylenjim Wayne Hoping Em will be the mower person - gentle like the Euclid drivers in the mines.
