This morning we went to Murphy's Haystacks. They look like giant boulders and are about 100,000 years old. Next we drove to Point Labatt to see the sea lions. I estimated there were about 35-40 sea lions laying down on the wet rocks. It was extremely windy, cold and wet. We drove along dirt roads and mum drove for the first time. It was the first time I saw wild kangaroos. After that we had the best fish and chips on the jetty at streaky bay then we went for a walk. We saw the biggest replica great white shark ever caught! It weighed 1520kg and was about 5m long. Back at the caravan park, Jack and I hired a double bike for an hour. It was heaps of fun going through puddles and up gutters. It cleared up after lunch and was a good day.

I already don't want to go home (although I miss Roy). I have Sussed out the school across the road and the view is awesome and my man has just shucked 2 dozen oysters! Speaking of Paul, he did a fantastic first half marathon on Sunday!! Not a bad effort! Question: Beck and Mez-how did u keep the dirt and dust out?? I've already washed the floor although doesn't look like it!!
Cheers, Vanessa x

Mez Embrace the dirt, sand and dust. I left my 'clean freak' self out there somewhere. Give her a wave if you see her - but don't bring her home!!!
Beck Dirt! What dirt?! Dirt on our floor, in the car, on our feet, in our hair...need I go on?! Adds to the flavour of the adventure! I remember the wet, white socks I dropped on the red dust as I was hanging out the washing! LOL! Enjoy! X Love the photos!
Aunty Sara Hope u are all well. Loving the updates. Excellent grammer!! It's freezing here especially at Minto netball courts. Had a win today and now rugged up with the fire and foxtel! Tried to ring but you must be out of range. Love to all. Xx
Lara Louise Nice to see what your up too! It sounds like you are having a blast!!
