World Tour
This morning we left the picturesque Innsbruck and headed for Venice via the Brenner pass into Italy and across the Dolomite mountains.
We cruised to St Marks Square, had cocktails at Florian while we listened to their band. Visited the Bridge of sighs ( named after the prisoners would sigh on bridge as they were taken to prison), the Doge palace, where the kids got around the "pillar of death".
Saw the Rialto Bridge built in 1591, the oldest bridge spanning the grand canal.
At 5.30pm rode on a gondola around the canals, something I have always wanted to do.
