FW Travels
Cheyenne is the most east point in this Road Trip, arrived today and will be
here for 10 Days.
This trip has had so many climbs and descents of up to 9500' , I gave up
on a mileage record, there won't be any and it has become a balance
of power and Turbine Inlet Temperature (TIT), 1300 degrees F is the
maximum acceptable for engine longevity and with the stock tune in
the computer that was difficult, so I went back to the Towing tune
up with a modification and that worked fairly well for the
conditions. I can hack this program while in motion.
This RV park is by far the least impressive and most expensive that we
have booked on this trip, but it has the best wifi so far, well see
how that holds up when the place fills up.
We set up Camp and relaxed for a few minuets when Christi arrived with
Myles and Quentin, we went and visited CrossFit Cheyenne, Christi
and Markum's CrossFit Gym, there were quite a few people there
working out. About five minuets of watching and I was done.
We wound up at Their house, played with the kids and grilled some
burgers.
The weather is fairly mild but very unstable, they have had a couple of
Tornado’s the last few days and tomorrow looks promising with the
severe Thunderstorm in the forecast, so we will be eyes to the sky
tomorrow.
The tracker is still down, I'll have a new battery this week.
That’s today’s report.
