Trying to eat what is left in our cupboards. Ridiculously happy how only thing I've had to throw out in two weeks is half a cabbage. Honestly I feel giddy. Silly I know. Anyway.
Tonight we had pasta with carrots peas and sweet corn in a mayonnaise oregano, scotch bonnet and soy sauce sauce. (Italian Asian fusion!)
Ed only likes mayonnaise pasta cold so I made it at lunch. It was absolutely fine. Totally edible ;)
