About Flat
On my last day in Charleston, I wanted to see the beach before I left so I threw on my Hawaiin shirt and flip flops and headed to Isle of Palms. The sand between my toes felt so good and the temperature is still in the 80s here. I took a nice walk down the beach and then headed to the airport to take off to my next destination!
This year as part of our schooling process, we have been reading a funny book called FLAT STANLEY by Jeff Brown. The book is about a young boy named Stanley who is accidently squished "as flat as a pancake" when a bulletin board falls on him. Stanley is very, very flat, but otherwise fine.
