After 5 weeks we are back in the heat! It is nice to be back in Bangkok after 5 weeks of Nepal, which is always great but some heat, good food and luxury is very much apprciated!

We were very busy in Kathmandu after our Chitwan adventures, visting the orphanage where I volunteered 3 years ago, we went for dinner at Deepak's family, a Nepali friend of Roberto's, visited the old kingdom city of Bhaktapur, Pashupatinath and Boddnath, and went back to the orphanage with donations, chocolate cake and were in turn treated to lots of singing and dancing and a nice dinner. We are now trying to get some rest and decide what we are going to do next. The plan is to visit a tropical island to do basically nothing while our visas to Laos and Cambodia are sorted. Then we plan to go to the north of Thailand and then cross the border to Laos.
