Last day in Port Stephens. Gonna miss Melaluca actually. Its been great. I can definitly recommend it to others. It's not everyday you get attacked by birds (Australian animals are CRAZY, totaly CRRAAZY), wake up by the entire animalpopulation having an earlymorning disco in the backyard, or getting scared to death by kangaroos when ur tanning on the grass...and so on.

What's up with the birds around here? A couple of days ago we saw a very suspicious owl sitting in a tree behaving very weirdly. He was actually checking Ida out. Im not kidding, he was eating her with his eyes. And this morning I got attacked by a bird on my way out from the toilets. What's up? Do they dislike us backpackers that much that they wanna seriously harm us???

The dolphintour we did last Thurday was amazing. The boat was amazing and it was so fun to ride it. We didn't see that many dolphins though....about 4 or 5. But it was worth the money anyway. The day before they had seen about 40 dolphins. So I guess we had a bit of a bad luck. They didn't get that close to the boat either, we probably catched them around fishing time cuz otherwise they are actually pretty interested in boats and humans. Almost like they wanna check us out too!
