This morning we woke up and decided we are going to go to Granville Island and hopefully the Totems poles if the weather is nice and it is not raining as we have to walk through Stanley Park to get to them.

We took a taxi to Granville Island as getting there by bus would have been to difficult as there was not a easy enough route. When we got to Granville Island where we found everything to be very expensive but i have found that to be normal all over Canada. My sister got an ice-cream and dad got a really nice pepperoni stick from a french delicatessen. We then walked around the outside of the market building and then went down to the water.

After that we went back to Stanley Park, walked 1.5 kms to see the Native American Totem poles. They looked amazing and you got to read the stories that went for each pole. We later walked around to the mountain look out and and saw the snow on the mountains that surround Grouse.

Later we walked back to the hotel and we had spaghetti for dinner. Tomorrow we plan to go to Walmart outside of Rupert.
