Just been browsing party pics and it looks like you are living it up down under - and quite right too! I am feeling pretty rubbish today after too much vino last night. Went out for Fiona's leaving do :( :( :( all you gals deserting me, honestly!
News from me... well other than what I put in my letter (hope you got it!) I'm on a mission to find the ultimate cowboy outfit for a party on saturday. Lots of money-ed surveyors. Marvellous.
Am mentally verging on jacking in the job and jumping on a plane to come and see you, but don't wait up for me (actually, the possum-reared feral teens are doing that anyway no?)
Keep up the archery,
Loads of love from Angleterre,
Em xxx

Kit - that is hilarious. I am sitting at the Arts Factory in Byron and just read your message and practically spat my Pellegrino out all over some poor Brazilian man. Although by the look of it he could have done with a wash so I probably did him a favour. No. The sheep aint in Sydney dear. They are in my hood back home. Glad you liked the piccy of you. Fond memories....

Hey there
Imagine my horror when, logging in to my own offexploring site, I thought "That's an odd picture to put with a postcard from Sydney because I live there and I don't know too many sheep grazing places."
Imagine my shock when I look at your site and find that the author has not changed undies for two days.
Imagine how perturbed I was when I then noticed somebody I recognised in the pictures and found out that I had met the grubby-knickered one.
Imagine how loudly I hollered when I spotted a photo of me having reiki performed on me.
Imagine how much all of this delighted my Year 12 French class who I should really have been teaching all this time instead of looking at offexploring.
Hope you are well and enjoying BB still. Might hear from you again? I was going to send you that article I wrote.

Hello Devious Miss!
Wow, all looks fandabbydosey and far more exciting than windy rainy England! Love the photos. Trying to contain my seething envy.
Will keep looking on the site for updates so we at the office can track you on your entrepid journey! Am off to the adventure travel show tomorrow which'll be cool...will think of you!
Hope all grand and groovy, say hello to the fittie Aussies for me.

Happy New Year to you and Tammy! Here are some useful Aussie words translated into English:
Bathers = Swim suit. Bonza = Great! Chook = Chicken. Floater = Meat pie served with mushy pea soup. Freshie = Freshwater crocodile. Saltie = Freshwater crocodile. Goog = Egg. Grog = Alcohol. Hotel = Pub with or without accommodation. Idiot Box = TV. Rafferty's Rules = Having no rules. Ridgey-didge = Genuine/honest. Snag = Sausage. Thongs = Flip flops. Yabbie = Crayfish. Yakka = Hard work.
So if you go into a shop looking for some knickers you might come away with some flip flops.
Have fun, put your bathers on, beware of freshies and salties, hope you meet lots of ridgey-didge people, don't do too much yakka (watch the idiot box now and again) and don't eat too many snags, googs and floaters. Finally, go steady on the grog and have a bonza stay in Oz.

Hi Emma
Its about 3.30pm on Christmas Eve so I thought I would log on and see how you are doing. Glad to hear your ear is getting better. The photos look good. Weather looks bloody great especially as we have been fog bound for nearly a week although it is fairly clear today. Anyway hope your Christmas day is going along great, speak to you soon
Love Sandra & Anthony
Dad
It's 11am on Christmas Eve so it must actually be Christmas over in Oz - so Happy Christmas. Hope Tamsin arrived safe and sound. No midnight swimming (the sharks don't know it's Christmas!!)
Still waiting for a pic or two since Bali so get your arse into gear as the Aussies say.
Stay happy and safe

Hi Em!
Glad to hear you're having fun! I keep checking out your photos to see how you're getting on. Can we have more of you please? Wish I was there instead of foggy cold England. Keep up the blogs!
