hey everyone

hows things back home? hope all is well!!

Im really good, enjoying myself and having alot of laughs with all my new backpacking buddies. im off 2 the Blue Mountains on the weekend, cant wait! leave friday and come home Sunday. Im going up there via train (which takes a few hours) with Heather, 2 housemates Erik and Carlo, and 2 german friends from work, Katrina and Janice. They are cool, so should be fun!! the more the merrier! Thinking about whether we should actually camp it or be safe and stay in a hostel. the guys are camping but we havent decided yet.

So my birthday is in a few weeks...ive decided to spoil myself and get my hair done. I bought a package the other day for the "christian hanna" salon in sydney. altogther it cost $100 (around 48 pound) so its much cheaper than Ocean! with that I get either a colour, highlights or gloss, shiatsu (head massage), cut and blow dry and free laser treatment on either under arm or lip!!! how cool is that?! im going 2 have the gloss just so it will be shiny and protect it from the sun up north! and prob get the lip done haha i think you should all know im sick of using hair remover cream!!!

The same week is Hannah (housemate) and the two swedish guys birthdays, so we have decided to get surf lessons that week, and also hopefully go to the opera house to watch a show if there is anything good on! at the moment its some sort of ballet which does look good. keep you posted on which one we pick!

Today I went to the Royal Botanical Gardens for a picnic with the girls. The weather is abso boiling at the minute...this is just the start of it, dont think Summer has actually kicked in yet either! Im writing this @ 11.33pm on the 21/11/06, and its so hot you can hardly breathe! We walked around the gardens before sitting down on a patch of grass and ate tuna salad that hannah prepared earlier. She is a good cook, she has taught me how 2 cook boiled eggs this week, and next on our list is rissoto! Mam and Dad...look out when I get home your first to try all the new recipies haha

Tomorrow we are off 2 the beach for the day just chilling out. That means actually getting up before 1pm!! that will be tough haha i think im still jet- lagged! or maybe nocturnal as you predicted rents.

Lou...I am nearly an aussie now so no making fun of the shortening of words is it?! haha You would be the same...you try 2 be english every time you've had a drink! and family...im sure you can back me up on that one cos remember she did our head in that night she wanted to be english down in wetherspoons (eves birthday if i remeber correctly!!) dont know where in england you was exactly coming from mind!!

Went to the cinema on saturday night to watch the devil wears prada. it was good, loved the girls clothes in it. Im sick of the same old thing my clothes are boring me now!! never mind hey!!

We had alot of drama happen on sat night!!! We came back from the cinema to find the italian housemates had a little "party" while we was out! they invited over about 9 freinds and got very drunk! They wrecked Lucy and Hannahs "tent" (their man-made room situated in the living room!!) which looked like a pile of rubble, by fighting each other and throwing themselves into the cupboards!!! they sicked up red wine all over over cream carpet!!! smashed bottles by throwing them against the walls, punched the walls and generally wrecked our flat. during all this...our landlord arrived for rent!!!!!!!!!!!! the italians hide from our landlord so they didnt have 2 pay their rent..which thinkin about now actually looked like it was us having a party...not them!! so yeh...we was up till 4am cleaning the red wine sick stains and trying to re-assemble the girls room, and heather was helping the two boys who'd passed out on the floor. We was not happy! The stains are still there kind of, the boys clean them everyday! We arrived home from work on Sunday to find they had bought us each a white rose! hahah we have them under our thumbs see. no...it wasnt funny hope we dont lose our bond over it!

By the way..Mam and Eve, still not received your parcels...i hope they haven't got lost in the post!! i will be devastated without my make up lol

well..im off home now. I need a wee.
