Good morning! I'm off to work early, but not as early as you. I want to make the appropriate contacts to get your items for the orphanage. Dad will be picking up items and we'll both be checking on shipping. Can't wait to hear about your orphanage and how their friends in Fayetteville and Gray's Creek can make a difference by shipping simple everyday items for you to give to them. We are so blessed, and now these children will be as well just for knowing us through your presence. God Bless! This is the day that the Lord has made. Mom
Dad; And I'm Still Bigger
Hi my young Africian hand. So sorry you are so small, has anyone referred to you as pigmy. The reason I ask, if you show anyone a picture of your family, then everyone knows I'm bigger and love you more! Had a good day, and sounds like you did also. My heart is so happy and excited for you. Thanks for making my days brighter by just knowing you. I love you and am so extremely impressed by your desires to do for others. I hope you are able to express your dreams verbally, if not I know they can read through your smiles, geastures and your heart that your intentions to help and be a better person for all is gunuine and unselfish. Talk to you soon, I love my little sweetie. Love Dad
Mom
Eleana, how wonderful to get two emails from you in the same day. I don't care if you are an internet hog! Or, maybe where you are an internet hippo! Your ride thought the safari country sounds exhilirating. Just the way I imagine. We're making calls to get the items for the orphanage together ASAP so it will arrive by early next week before you head back to JoBerg. God is good and even to those that have little, they smile. I love it that you can share your smile with them. I can't wait to see the photos. Sorry that your internet access is limited to downloading photos, but maybe after you get to the "city." You are asleep now, so rest well my little American in BIG AFRICA! Love, Mom

Hey, Nene! HOw wonderful to get another message and email from you! It is in the 90's today. We worked in the yard some trying to get the new driveway ready to have grass sewn around it. The carpenters are working you your apartment as well! It is Memorial Day. The flag is flying proudly for all our Americans near and far. Mrs. Emma is having a cookout later, so I'm making the salad. Mitchell & Derek have been working in the yard, too and will go with us. For everyone that wants to ship stuffed animals, toothbrushes and toothpaste, we are going to make an initial shipment by Thursday of this week. We are still researching the shipping costs. FEDEx may be more expensive, but has a good delivery record! Remember Tom Hanks in Castaway. ha! I forgot to forward Eleana's mailing address and the shipping address from my work email to the house email, so I will post these addresses tomorrow. Everyone should send her a snail mail as well. I know she will appreciate it! We miss you, Lana, but are so excited for you and the relationships you are making between the two countries. Love you, Mom

Halleluia! I knew that God would get your message to us on his Day! So many folks ask about you at church today. Even though we were celebrating memorial day and our veterans past and present, I prayed for you and your worldly mission as well. You are a representative of the US and a peacemaker. Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall inherit the earth! I will send you addresses as well. I will give Jason your address & phone #'s so you can share some time together while in South Africa. The two of you are soul mates and were destined to make this journey! Until we hear from you again, the light still burns in the hallway, and the candles are burning at least a minute every day in numerous homes throughout NC & even in Tenn. I love you, Mom
Eleana

Hi my getting bigger little girl. I know you must eating well, cause you are not taking time to write or call. I know that the time, place and location are not right, But I still miss hearing from you. We are goin to Sunday School, not sure about Church. It is so very hot right now, we are supposed to get into the high 90's today. To hot to work in the yard, I'll find something to do (Couch/Recliner), you know something to give me purpose. Talked to Brian brieftly last night, he was at a movie and we will talk again maybe today. We, your mother and I saw MR. Mrs. Sessoms at the Food Lion SC past Wal-mart, they had gone into the Video Store to either turn in or get a movie. Thay had passed us in the car and we didn't recognize them till after they had passed.
Well, got to go, hope and pray all is well with you, Remember the minute has been over for a while, I love you more. Love Dad

It's a beautiful Sunday morning here in Fayetteville, NC. I had coffee on the front porch and face the southwest. It was probably about 1:00pm your time. Maybe you worshipped with your new African family. As families we pray to the same God and pray for the same gratefulness for all the blessings we have. I will be leaving for church soon. Your church family is anxious to hear of your journey in South Africa. Love, Mom
