Just needed to keep the journal alive! I am teaching freshman students at South View High School where I am sharing my summer internship with the South African people. My students have written letters to the Siza Bantwana AIDS Orphans. Just last week they made Christmas cards and wrote letters of Christmas cheer to their new friends in Hazyview, South Africa. It is reassuring to hear the questions they ask about the children and how they might help from this part of their world.rnrnWe are putting together more items to ship. If you are still interested in my mission and my family's desire to help the AIDS orphanage, please let us know. As you have read, shipping is very expensive. A one-pound letter package with the Christmas cards cost almost $70 to ship.rnrnWe know that God is good and smiles on the AIDS orphans. God has sent a baby, Jesus, as his promise to us all. No matter who we are are where we are!rnrnMerry Christmas!
