We had a little sleep in then packed our bags as it was our last day in Glasgow.
Graham dropped us off at the Barras which is a dodgy marketplace that we used to go to every weekend when we lived in Glasgow. It wasn't the same, not as many people or stalls. Bit of a shame really. Eddie got his DVD's :)
We had a drink in the Bairds bar which is a Celtic Football supporters bar. It has a lot of scarfs, photos and newspaper articles on the walls. It was very cool.
After that we went to the Glasgow Green, had some lunch then lied down under a trees in the beautiful sunshine.
Graham and Alsion picked us up. We tried to get out to Paisley to see Eddies Grans sister and my friend Rosemary but the traffic was so bad that we changed our mind and went back to Grahams to finish packing.
We then headed on our way to Penrith where we are to stay the night on our way to the Isle of Man.
We stopped in and met up with Grahams brother Doug and partner Helen, it was really great to catch up.
Next stop was Lockerbie. We stopped in here and went to the memorable to the Lockerbie victims which was nice to go to but very sad
Then we found a pub to have a dinner. Nice Meal.
Then pack into the car off to Penrith where we were staying. OK hotel, not as nice as the previous ones we have been staying in.
