So last night I got up in the middle of the night, got fully dressed for work and started making breakfast, looked at the clock and it was 1am.. Day 21 Fruit Picking - After another dodgy nights sleep getting up this morning for work was horrible. I also felt a bit ill with a bit of a headache. All morning at work seemed to go very quickly. I had another crap nights sleep last night. I have never had any problems with sleeping before but for the last couple of weeks I seem to be unable to sleep though the night without waking up a couple of times. It's getting very frustrating as then I'm always tired when I wake up. I think it must be due to my bad shoulder, as I can't sleep with my right arm under the pillow like I'm used to..
