We filled in our census at Kings Canyon and it was a notable place to do so as it is really quite spectacular. Amazingly you can stand right on the edges of these massive cliffs and many people do - it is quite scary - we kept well away. We still managed to get some lovely photos and had a magnificent walk. We are now travelling on the Plenty Highway - 850km from Mt Isa direct to Alice Springs. We are looking forward to the challenge and the excitement as it is dirt all the way.
