Today was time for the first encounter with non-city Japan! A one day trip to the (small) mountains - just in the outskirts of Osaka - to see a huge waterfall and some fooling around in the hillside! Words don't say much - so check out the pictures!
You gotta love a huge waterfall like this one, and the red bridges are a beautifull site in the green hillside. There where trees all over, right to the top - a perfect place for two grown-up children to fool around! One thing was crazy though - and probably as Japanese as it gets - the rails following the tracks were made to look like wood, even though they where of concrete! Crazy folks!
Even though the city is nice and pretty stressless - getting away from all the tall buildings and the people, is really satisfying and relaxing! Really looking forward to getting out in the hills again!
