A few weeks ago we took some girls out for the day to a national park outside Phnom Penh about 120 km away. This was the first time they had been outside of PP and they were very excited!! We took a picnic and started the long and at times tricky climb to the bottom of the waterfall but it was worth it, I think I lost at least a stone in sweat that day!!!
