Dents UK tour
We have had a very stressful 1/2 term getting our heads around Daisy's forth coming operation, Daisy is blissfully un aware that she will be back in the "land of the plasters" very shortly, best way to be.
We have had the recent pleasure of Auntie Dee - she of the hidden cakes & caustic comments, if she doesn't stop both straight away I will be forced to reveal her sons true escapades in Thailand, ensuring that she will never sleep again!
Daisy has had a busy couple of week ends but this Saturday she was invited to our next door neighbours wedding, she was thrilled to be their & clutched her confetti all the way through the service, she almost didn't wait until they were outside!
She had a great time at the reception where she took over as star turn throughout the day & night, finally being dragged off to her disgust at 11.00pm!
Check the pix as you can see from the scrum, they had a ball, there is a best man at the bottom of the pile of kids!
Daisy met up with Elizabeth at the wedding , a neice of the bride from Liverpool, she too had Downs syndrome DD & her got on like a house on fire, it's a shame they live so far away!.
On Sunday Daisy came up to the flying field to support her old dad at the heli clubs 1st open day/fly in! The weather went from 28C on Friday to sub zero on Sunday with thick fog & rain, we battled through but the weather put off a lot of potential visitors, next year fingers crossed we may have better weathers & more support.
