Kumar collected me with his little daughter and we traveled throught the little villages on his motorbike to there home. Got up for a Zen meditation yesterday morning at 7-8. Iv got lots to learn about meditation as we had to sit for 25 mind then walked around in a circle 3 times and then sat again for another 25 minds staring out a window.
