We woke up today fairly early. Most of the morning was spent Lounging around and reading! We knew we were heading to the park hyatt for our last night in shanghai so we took it easy during the day. Todays itinerary listed going to central perk (friends themed cafe) , dinner and then a dive bar called 'I love shanghai'. It's ladies night so women drink free! We showered and reheated our noodles that we bought last night, they weren't the best. No more reheating noodles! We checked emails etc and then headed off to the tube. Today was day one of our itinerary we had planned for the remainder of our time in shanghai. We woke up naturally around 8 o'clock which is very unlike us, however the heat in the room is ridiculous. The air con won't go any lower than 25 which leaves you sweating during the night! It's tres gross. We showered and hit the road in search of the 'mr bean cafe'. This morning I woke up relatively early and chilled in bed for a bit. At 10.30 I had a peek out the window and realised it was beautiful. A quick weather check told me it was 38 degrees! I woke up about 10 am on the train, a decent 12 hour sleep! I bought a subway sandwich the previous night to have for breakfast. I know you may be thinking that is weird, but the Chinese have noodles for every meal, and that's even more weird! Imagine waking up and preparing noodles and celery and beef for breakfast.
