dadeo hello u twoey, thanks for message, sorry i was out, assume u rang for farthers day?, but as you didnt say that! guess you rang to say what you did say!!............so there, hav taken up walkin to repair myself, its going okay but i didnt relise my body didn't know how to do it!!........such a long time since doing distance, so, i am givin meself lessons in walkin technique to be able to walk to improve back/legs etc, seems to be gowin somewhere, unsure where at the moment, currently now starring at bike building up to cocking leg over, not the part i fancy...........................enough of me. Fi Hi Pen! Just been enjoying your updated news - I love the photos, and the journal. What a great life! How much longer have you got out there? We're all well back at the IB - your replacement is a lovely lady called Lindsay, but we still miss you (of course!). dadeo hey u 2, koalas, tinger an tucker the two little bears and aunty jean, was the midlands programme tea time when i was likle, but very slow furry bear, must admit looks luvly an a dipstick (who am i)at the same time. Surfin sounds great, luv 2 do it, so yer dowin good, an havin instructor means u move on quicker than yer avrge pom, mind u dudley canel can hav top waves on an off day !!!! Nemo/ scuba, good to do i suppose with warm temps in the sea, yeah post pics when u can, thanx for email, havin injection in back on tuesday, an then steady better i hope with phssio and learning how to walk talk an behave properly !!, could be tricky for me, but, might giv it a gu. Yea tandem collect tomoz, drivin a bit tricky, jen dowin me local to hosp, great girl, wendy dowin the job tomoz, amin to put in lounge and stair, that should do me. Had day out with fer wednesday, set luvly up with cyclee clothesss, she looks superby and good. Had scan, degenerative disc, injection on tuesday 11th April, then physio and learn to get better.....................................................................luv 2 both x

Weather looked cloudy, assume its still good temperature for the beach activities, whats the sand like?
