I was really nervous about leaving Australia, it being my home for the last 10 months, and being full of memories i will take with me forever. Dancing with Liza and her sister to Dan playing acoustically, my first friend Tuire (nicknamed Fin), our first meeting in the house, the 3 musketeers, our gay landlord Erik, Nights out with the whole house, dancing all night with Claire in Empire, Visiting the Hunter Valley with Flick and Dave, Meeting Frizzy and going to see the home and away beach, The Side Bar and Scruffy Murphy nights, The World Cup disappointment, Meeting the happiest person ever Lally, Walking the Bridge, seeing the Opera House for the first time, my stupidly easy job at NAB, finding a job which meant something (and people that cared) at the NBC Foundation, Neighbours night (meeting Alf Stewart), nights and days out with Barry and Chrissy, Julian arriving and settling, my mad night with Dan, swimming
Meeting Katie for the first time, kissing Katie for the first time, our first date, the starlight cruise, walking from Coogee to Bondi Beach, the list goes on.
That simply what comes to mind straight away, and doesn't include so much that I will always remember. I honestly can say that although it had its ups and downs, it had way more ups than downs,
People came and people went, but everyone there left there mark, and made it what it was, one of the best times of my life!
And that is just Sydney. I can't wait to see, as Kate said
“what is suppose to happen and who I am suppose to meet next”
And Liza “its the end of an era”
