Now in Christchurch and in all honesty, absolutely shattered after 5 nights and 4 epic days in Queenstown. What a place. Normally, getting off the bus means that life moves a little slower but over the past few days I've done my first bungy, had 3 fergburgers and 1 frank'n'burger (all awesome), played frisbee golf, walked up to the top of a hill to see QT's famous lake and been to more bars than I can possibly remember. The place is just mental. Time to slow down in Christchurch... except the flaw in the plan is that the All Blacks are playing tonight, and the Holy Grail bar in Christchurch is supposed to be one of the best sports bars in the world. As you can tell we're in for another quiet one...
Today was very mellow, we spent pretty much all day on the coach snoozing, watching films (Shawshank Redemption & Knocked Up) and stopping off only for food (yes, there was a pie involved) and toilet stops. We had to cover 500KMs and so we had far too early a start this morning, saying goodbye to Chloe & Kaela - two lovely girls we spent almost all of QT with.
Now for some backtracking...
Sweet as bru.
