Well, today I did most of Phillie. I went to Independence Hall. I went to the Liberty Bell. Both very awe inspiring when you think about the history that happened literally right in front of where you are standing. Interesting enough though, after exchanging my greetings with the Liberty Bell, I was at a loss for things to do. It's almost like that is the only real worthwhile thing to do in Phillie. Sad thought. I finally decided to go get a Phillie Cheesesteak, since you can't come to Phillie and not do that. Yes yes, those Jews that are reading this can guilt trip me later. After walking to South Phillie from Independence Hall to get said Cheesesteak, the motivation to do anything else today had been sucked from my bones. So I went back to the Hostel to recooperate. I did some digging, and found two things that I have to do before heading out on thursday: Visit the Eastern State Penitentiary, and the Reading Terminal Market. Intrigued? I am too. C'ya tomorrow ;-)
