Well, in good ol' Dave fashion I forgot about my blog while I was traveling. Hopefully those that are following my travels realize than I am home safe and didn't die on the road or get stuck in Chicago. Well, yesterday morning I started the long drive to Chicago from Phillie. I had to stop to see the locals of course. On my way out I stopped at Lancaster for Sukkot Services with Laura and Micah. Mazel Tov again on the wedding. It was very nice to see them again and doing well. Later I stopped to see my old friend Kim in Millsville. Philadelphia day 2: Nothing exciting today. Chilled out and wandered around the city some more. Checked out the Reading Terminal Market, Chinatown, and the University of Pennsylvania campus. Tomorrow I'll leave for Chicago...

You all will be glad to know, I fixed my car's power this morning!!! I'm back on track, and off to see the wonders of the city today!!!

Well, today I did most of Phillie. I went to Independence Hall. I went to the Liberty Bell. Both very awe inspiring when you think about the history that happened literally right in front of where you are standing. Interesting enough though, after exchanging my greetings with the Liberty Bell, I was at a loss for things to do. It's almost like that is the only real worthwhile thing to do in Phillie.
