Just got back from my Whitsunday Island Sailing Trip. 3 days and 2 nights on the luxury maxi yacht the Anaconda 2. Had a fantastic time! Swam with reef sharks which was scary but amazing. I had an underwater camera so I hope that the photos I took come out well. We spent a lot of time relaxing on deck and reading which suited my perfectly. Cape Tribulation was awesome! Well apart from the torential rain that started late Wednesday night and didn't stop until mid morning Thursday - I suppose it is called a Rain Forrest for a reason. On the way up we went Crocodile hunting on the Daintree River, saw a few very large Crocs and thanked god that they didn't come and attact the boat. Arrived in Cairns in the early hours of the 4th June. Had the pleasure of sleeping at the airport until a human time where I got my hostel to pick me up from the airport. It was so nice to get a few hours sleep that morning, especially after loosing 2 hours from the journey from the west to the east coast of Australia. Greetings once again from the land of Oz. After a brief fun filled stay back in Manly I am now in Brisbane and having a great time.
