Brazilian breakfasts have been large buffets, half comprised of cakes, breads, biscuits (chocolate cake for breakfast?). They do use a lot of manioc flour (gluten free) and make cheese bread, balls of cheese and manioc, large or small. Quite tasty and one bready item I can eat with jam or homemade cheese.
