Our time in Manila was very special. We took a few days out of our travels to volunteer at an orphanage we heard about before we left for our trip. We spent most of our time in a nursery with 15 uniquely beautiful babies. It was fun, emotional and an eye opening amazing experience. Every child we have seen since then, we have both wanted to pull them aside and tell them how truly blessed they are to have parents! We spent our evenings getting to know some of the long term volunteers (all of whom were on mission trips) we went out to eat and had some interesting conversation, and we were also brought along to a Christian Easter Sunday  mass (not something we thought we'd be doing on this trip... But just one more memory for the bank). After saying a few emotional goodbyes we headed to the airport to catch our prop plane to Boracay. White beach is one of the top beaches in Asia, it's very crowded but it's a great to way wind down and soak up some last final rays!
