After going to Koh Samui we took the ferry across to Koh Phangan. This was probably my favourite island that I went to in Thailand. It had the most gorgeous beaches and also had lots of nice bars to chill out in the evening. This place in Phuket has to be seen to be believed. Its promoted as the ultimate nighttime cultural park and has won the award for the best tourist attraction in Thailand. After a week of being in Thailand Ive made it to the beach! We went to Krabi and then took a speedboat out to Bamboo Island and Phi Phi Island. It is very beautiful and is the perfect location just to laze around in the sun. The water is exactly the right temparature where it cools you down but isnt at all cold! (Bit different to S Africa where sea was freezing) There are loads of tourists doing the trips out to these islands though so it does get a bit crow...
