It was pretty amazing staying in the rainforest. The little wooden huts were very hot inside but with the water right on your doorstep every hour you could go for a dip. The 2 nights we stayed in the little cuckoo houses all you could hear were the insects and wildlife buzzing in the background but luckily I didnt encounter anything to scary. After travelling 6,000 miles and 12 hours on a plane I arrived in Thailand. I didnt think they would allow me whilst I was waiting to go through immigration as there was a sign saying anyone flying from Africa had to have proof of all the vaccinations listed - some of the ones listed Id not had!!
