Woke up early and rented a moped for the day to do some sightseeing around beautiful Pai. We had a delicious breakfast and magic potion pot of tea at a cute hippy cafe; the Witching Well. After that it was time for meditation with Stan, it was very relaxing but Helena wasn't sure if she had just fallen asleep. After a shot of wheatgrass and a cup of green tea we were on our way, we zoomed through the gorgeous countryside on our little green moped about 8km north west of Pai to Mor Paeng waterfall. After half an hour & a few pictures we decided to leave.. until we saw other travellers jumping and sliding off the top of the waterfall so we had to join in! Next stop was the national park hot springs with a cheeky stop at Burger Queen on the way, nothing beats a good burger & chippies! The hottest pool of water at the hot springs was 100 degrees C, a kind Thai man gave me and Helena an egg each that he had just boiled in the spring. After a little walk through the forest we had a dip in one of the cooler springs, it was like a very hot bath! We jumped on our moped  to get to Pai Canyon for the sunset, unfortunately we just missed it but the view was still amazing. 
At night Pai is lit up with fairy lights and little lamps it creates a really nice atmosphere, in the evening we decided rather than going for dinner in a restaurant we would walk up & down the streets and get something small from each stall... And that is what we did noodles, chicken, sushi, pancakes, doughnuts - we cleared out the stalls!
