Helena & I booked a full day cooking course at 'The Best Thai Cookery School'. We started with an early morning trip to the local market to buy our ingredients and then drove about 13km to the chefs house, his back porch was the cooking school which was great and his back garden was filled with rows of herbs, fruits & vegetables. After picking our remaining ingredients from the garden the cooking started. We made all sorts; hot & sour soup, coconut milk soup, spring rolls, sticky coconut rice & mango, pad Thai, chicken & cashew nut stir fry, chicken curry and the list goes on. Next stop the little hippy village of Pai! Daniel loved his birthday video!
