Today Jenny invited me to come to to races with her, it is the Golden Slipper event, Australia's richest racing day. You have to really dress up to get in, i suppose its a bit like Asscot. So i had to borrow a whole outfit to wear from Jenny, including a head piece! We have member's passes so we head to the members area, a nice touch. This is definately the way to go to the races. There certainly are some rich people here, thats for sure. It was quite an expereince, Jenny's friends we were with, were working with the horses, so we went into the stables afterwards and even saw one of the winning horses. It was an unexpected and wonderful day.
