Chrissy's Travels
This evening I am heading off with Pam and her Probus club (a retired/older persons club) on a Christmas lights coach trip. We start by heading off to the city to have champagne at Mrs Macquarie's point, with the wonderful view of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. We then jump back on the bus and drive around the city to see all the big decorations, stopping at St Mary's Cathedral to see the wonderful light display. Then we leave the city and head for a famous street where nearly every house has been completely lit up and decorated. It is so lovely to see the Christmas spirit alive here as it really doesn't feel like Christmas. I'm not sure if it's the hot weather or the light evenings, but it's very different.
